Formulating &Blending
Once the gummies are produced, they are filled into bags or bottles of your choice. A variety of packaging options are available for your gummies.
Molding& Cooling
Based on the designed formula, sourcing high quality raw materials and mixing them together. The liquid is boiled until it thickens into a “slurry”.
Unmolding, Waxing &Oiling
The moulds should to be prepared to resist sticking before pouring. After pouring the liquid into the mould, it is cooled to 65 degrees, and let it stand to form, and cool for 24-30 hours.
Filling Bottles/Bags
Remove the gummy from the mold and place them in a drum tumbler, adding food grade oil or wax to the tumbler to keep the gummies soft and fresh.

The fish oil used in our fish oil
softgels is made from Peruvian sardine oil, anchovy oil,
salmon oil, and tuna oil as the main raw materials. The

Algae Oil Softgels are rich in plant-sourced omega-3
fatty acids, including DHA and EPA, which provide the
